Before you delete your account
If you purchased Pro through an app marketplace (App Store, Mac App Store, Google Play, etc.), deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. The subscription belongs to your app marketplace account, so we cannot cancel it for you. If you do not cancel it, you will keep being charged after your account is gone.
Please cancel your subscription in the marketplace where you paid, before deleting your account.

How to delete your account in the app
- Open the app and go to Settings → Privacy.
- Tap Delete account.
- Review the confirmation notice and confirm. Deletion is processed immediately.
The path is the same on the desktop app (Windows, macOS) and the mobile app (iOS, Android).
How to request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email instead.
- Send an email to contact@rrllab.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- In the body, include the email address you used to sign up. This applies to both Google sign-in and Apple sign-in.
- If you used Apple's "Hide My Email" feature, the address we hold for you ends in
@privaterelay.appleid.com. Please send your request from that address, or include it in the body. - After we verify your identity, we process the request within 7 business days and reply with the result.
How to delete your data while keeping your account
You can delete workspaces, memos, favorites, and prompts individually in the app. Deleted items are removed from our servers as well.
Data that is deleted
- Account information (email address, user ID, sign-in history)
- All synced user data, including workspaces, memos, favorites, and prompts
- Subscription and entitlement information
Data that is retained
- Payment and transaction records: retained for 5 years as required by the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
- Any other records that applicable law requires to be retained are kept for the period required by that law
- Records of payments made through an app marketplace are retained by that app marketplace operator under its own policies
Important notes
Deleting your account immediately terminates your Pro entitlement regardless of any remaining paid period, and your data cannot be recovered. Account deletion alone does not automatically result in a refund.
