Refund & Subscription Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This Refund & Subscription Policy ("Policy") sets out the fees, payment, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refund terms for the paid products of "Omni AI Workspace" (displayed in-app as "Omni Workspace") ("Service") provided by RRLLAB ("Company"), namely the Pro subscription and the Lifetime Pass (collectively, "Pro"). This Policy applies together with the [Terms of Service] and [Privacy Policy]. If there is any conflict between applicable law and this Policy, applicable law prevails.

Article 1 (Payment Channels and Selling Party)

  1. The Company does not process paid transactions directly. Depending on the channel through which the user pays, payment is handled in one of the following two ways.
Payment channelSelling and billing party
Payments made on the Company's website or in directly distributed apps (Windows installer, macOS dmg)Polar Software, Inc.
In-app purchases made through an app marketplace (App Store, Mac App Store, Google Play, etc.)The relevant app marketplace operator
  1. The two channels never apply at the same time. Every subscription or Lifetime Pass belongs to exactly one of the two channels above, and the procedures for cancellation, refunds, and automatic renewal are determined by the channel through which the user actually paid. Users can confirm their payment channel and selling party on the payment screen and receipt.
  2. Polar is not simply a payment processing vendor engaged by the Company. Polar is an independent Merchant of Record that sells the Pro subscription directly to buyers and issues invoices in its own capacity. In the Polar channel, therefore, the party to whom the user actually makes payment is Polar, and Polar performs tax calculation, receipt issuance, and payment method processing.
  3. For in-app purchases through an app marketplace, selling, billing, tax calculation, receipt issuance, and payment method processing are performed by the relevant app marketplace operator. In that case, that app marketplace's terms of service and payment/refund policies also apply, and its cancellation and refund procedures may differ from this Policy.
  4. Billing details, currency, and VAT displayed on the payment screen are provided by the relevant selling party.

Article 2 (Fees and Product Structure)

  1. The Service offers the following paid products:
ProductBilling Cycle
Monthly SubscriptionAutomatically renews monthly
Lifetime PassOne-time payment, no automatic renewal (Article 2-2)
Annual SubscriptionAutomatically renews annually. It is removed from the purchase options starting with new app versions, and new sales are being phased out. Existing annual subscriptions continue to renew as before until the user cancels
  1. Fees are displayed as follows depending on the payment channel:
Payment channelPrice display
Company website and directly distributed apps (Polar)$2.99 monthly / $19.99 for the Lifetime Pass ($24.99 annually applies to new purchases made before sales end and to renewals of existing annual subscriptions)
App marketplace in-app purchaseThe local price set for each country by the relevant app marketplace. The app displays the localized price string provided by the app marketplace as-is
  1. The exact final charge amount, VAT, and currency can be confirmed on the payment screen (Polar checkout or the app marketplace payment sheet). The amount actually charged may differ from the figures shown above depending on exchange rates, country-specific tax rates, and the app marketplace's pricing policy.
  2. The Company may change the fees and product structure, and will provide advance notice of any such change through an in-Service notice or on its website. Fee changes apply to subscriptions newly purchased or renewed after the change and are not applied retroactively to an already ongoing billing period. If the renewal fee for an existing subscription increases, the Company, Polar, or the relevant app marketplace will notify the user of the changed fee and its effective date before the renewal, and the user may cancel the subscription before the changed fee takes effect.

Article 2-2 (Lifetime Pass)

  1. The Lifetime Pass is a product that, with a single payment, lets the user use Pro features for as long as the Company operates the Service. It does not renew automatically and no further charges are made.
  2. "Lifetime" refers to the Service account that purchased the pass and does not guarantee the Service's permanent existence. Lifetime Pass holders may use the features included in the Pro tier on the same basis as Pro subscribers, and changes to features are governed by Article 7 of the [Terms of Service].
  3. The Lifetime Pass belongs to the Service account that purchased it and cannot be transferred or moved to another account. If purchased through an app marketplace, the purchase record also remains with that app marketplace account, and the entitlement can be reconnected to the same Service account through "Restore Purchases".
  4. Purchasing a Lifetime Pass while a Pro subscription is active does not automatically cancel the existing subscription. Users who do not want further charges must cancel the existing subscription themselves under Article 5, and no prorated refund is provided for any period in which the subscription and the Lifetime Pass overlap, except where the refund requirements of Article 6 are met.
  5. If the Company ends the Service, it will give notice at least 30 days before the end date through an in-Service notice or on its website. If the Service ends before one year has passed since the Lifetime Pass was purchased, the Company will refund the payment amount divided by 12 and multiplied by the number of remaining months (any partial month counted as one month). The refund is made through the party that processed the payment.

Article 3 (Automatic Renewal)

  1. A Pro subscription automatically renews according to the cycle (monthly/annual) selected at the time of payment, unless the user takes action to prevent this.
  2. At the time of automatic renewal, the fee is charged to the default payment method the user has registered with the relevant payment channel. Payment methods may be changed as follows:
  • Polar channel: the Polar subscription management screen
  • App marketplace channel: the payment method settings of the relevant app marketplace account
  1. Users may cancel their subscription at any time before the next renewal date to stop automatic renewal. Cancellation methods differ by payment channel; see Article 5.
  2. The Lifetime Pass does not renew automatically, so no renewal charges arise.

Article 4 (7-Day Free Trial)

  1. The Company offers users the opportunity to try Pro features free of charge for 7 days.
  2. The free trial can be started without registering a payment method, and no paid charge is automatically incurred when the trial period ends.
  3. When the free trial ends, the user's account automatically converts to the Free plan. To continue using Pro features, the user must separately purchase a paid subscription or a Lifetime Pass.
  4. The free trial is provided once per account. Repeated use of the free trial through the fraudulent creation of multiple accounts may be restricted.
  5. This free trial is provided by the Company itself on the basis of the Service account, and is unrelated to any trial product or introductory offer separately provided by an app marketplace.

Article 5 (Subscription Cancellation)

  1. Users may cancel their Pro subscription at any time. The cancellation path differs by payment channel as follows:
Payment channelHow to cancel
Company website and directly distributed apps (Polar)The subscription management screen within the Service
App Store and Mac App StoreDevice Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
Google PlayPlay Store app → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
  1. A subscription purchased through an app marketplace belongs to that app marketplace account, so it cannot be canceled from within the Service and the Company cannot cancel it on the user's behalf. The user must cancel it directly in the app marketplace in order to stop automatic renewal.
  2. When a subscription is canceled, the user may continue to use Pro features until the end of the current, already-paid billing period, after which automatic renewal stops and the account converts to the Free plan.
  3. No prorated refund is provided for the period between cancellation and the end of the billing period. This is subject to the exception in Article 6 where the requirements for statutory withdrawal or discretionary refund are met.
  4. The Lifetime Pass has no recurring payment to cancel. Refunds are governed by Article 6 and account deletion by Article 8.
  5. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate procedures. If a user only cancels their subscription, their account and previously saved data (memos, prompts, workspace settings, etc.) remain intact. For account deletion, see Article 8.

Article 6 (Refunds)

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal and Refund

Users may request withdrawal or a refund in accordance with the period and requirements set by applicable law. However, because Pro features are provided immediately upon completion of payment, the right of withdrawal for simple change of mind after Pro access has begun may be restricted where the Company and the selling party have clearly disclosed, prior to payment, that Pro features are provided immediately and that withdrawal rights may be restricted, and have provided the free trial under Article 4 or other measures required by applicable law. This Policy does not limit any user right that cannot be limited under applicable law.

2. Discretionary Refund Offered by the Company (Polar channel only)

Separately from the statutory right of withdrawal above, for purchases made through Polar on the Company's website or in a directly distributed app, the Company approves and requests refund processing through Polar for simple change-of-mind refund requests submitted within 24 hours of the date of payment. However, this may be restricted where repeated refund requests, fraudulent use, or abuse of the refund system is identified.

3. Refunds for App Marketplace Purchases

For purchases made through an app marketplace, the Company has no authority to approve or execute a refund. Whether a refund is granted is determined by the relevant app marketplace operator under its own policies and applicable law, so users must request a refund directly from that app marketplace through the following channels:

App marketplace usedHow to request a refund
App Store and Mac App Storereportaproblem.apple.com
Google PlayThe refund request procedure in Google Play Help

The Company will cooperate to the extent necessary — for example by confirming purchase records — while a user pursues a refund with an app marketplace, and will adjust the user's entitlement accordingly once it receives notice of the app marketplace's refund decision. The 24-hour discretionary refund in paragraph 2 above does not apply to app marketplace purchases.

4. Other Grounds for Refund

Regardless of the periods and conditions in paragraphs 1 through 3 above, a refund may be requested in the following cases. Requests may be made both to the selling party for the channel used and to the Company:

  • The same payment was duplicately charged due to an error by the Company, the selling party, or the payment system
  • A payment was made fraudulently, against the user's intent (e.g., unauthorized use by a third party)
  • A paid Pro feature was not properly provided for reasons not attributable to the user, and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable period
  • A refund is required under applicable law

5. Refund Method and Processing

  • Refund inquiries directed to the Company are accepted through the "Contact Us" feature within the Service or by email as described in Article 9.
  • The Company will confirm and communicate the processing result within the period required by applicable law after receiving the request.
  • Refunds are actually carried out through the party that processed the sale and payment (Polar or the relevant app marketplace operator); the time required for a refund may vary depending on the payment method and that party's processing procedures.
  • Polar and each app marketplace operator may separately approve or deny a refund in accordance with applicable law, their own buyer terms, fraud prevention standards, and card network rules, and this may occur separately from the Company's refund processing under this Policy.

6. Treatment of Pro Features and Data Upon Refund

When a refund is completed, the Pro features provided under that payment (subscription or Lifetime Pass) end at the time of the refund or at a time communicated by the Company. For app marketplace purchases, the entitlement is adjusted when the Company receives notice of the refund from the app marketplace or the subscription management tool. However, data saved by the user, such as memos, prompts, and workspace settings, is preserved separately from the refund for as long as the account remains active.

Article 7 (Coupons and Promotional Codes)

  1. The Company may provide users with Pro usage benefits for a set period or without a time limit through coupons or promotional codes. A benefit without a time limit is based on the period during which the Service continues to be provided normally, and does not guarantee the Service's permanent existence.
  2. Pro usage benefits provided through coupons are not subject to payment or refund, and are managed separately from a paid subscription as the Service's own entitlement. A coupon does not change the billing cycle, next renewal date, or automatic renewal status of an ongoing paid subscription. This applies equally to the Polar channel and the app marketplace channel.
  3. If a coupon is registered while a paid subscription is already auto-renewing, payment may proceed as scheduled on the existing renewal date regardless of the Pro period provided by the coupon. Any coupon usage period that overlaps with a paid subscription period is not separately suspended or carried forward, and expires once the date shown on the coupon has passed. Users who do not want their coupon period to overlap with a paid subscription period should cancel their subscription under Article 5 before registering a coupon.
  4. Registering a Pro benefit without a time limit does not automatically cancel an ongoing paid subscription; users who do not want to be charged further must cancel their subscription separately under Article 5.
  5. Benefits provided through coupons are not refundable in principle. Where a paid subscription and a coupon benefit apply together, each is handled separately according to its own conditions.
  6. The Company may, after prior notice, invalidate a coupon that was issued or used through fraudulent means.

Article 8 (Treatment Upon Account Deletion)

  1. Users may delete their account at any time through the account deletion feature within the Service (Settings → Privacy → Delete account).
  2. If a user proceeds with account deletion while a Pro subscription is active, the Service will present the following information to the user and obtain confirmation before deletion:
  • The current subscription product and the next renewal date or remaining usage period (or, for a Lifetime Pass, that fact)
  • The fact that a Lifetime Pass ends together with the account, and that the Company does not restore a deleted account's Lifetime Pass or move it to another account
  • The fact that Pro features will end immediately upon account deletion, regardless of any remaining usage period
  • The fact that saved data will be deleted
  • The fact that no prorated refund is provided solely on the basis of account deletion
  • The fact that a subscription purchased through an app marketplace is not canceled by deleting the account, and that automatic renewal charges may continue unless the user cancels it directly in that app marketplace
  1. If the user confirms the above and proceeds with account deletion, Pro features end immediately upon deletion regardless of any remaining usage period, unlike subscription cancellation, and the account is deleted. No prorated refund is provided solely due to the loss of the remaining usage period. This is subject to the exception where the requirements for statutory withdrawal, discretionary refund, or other refund grounds under Article 6 are met, in which case a refund may be separately requested under that Article.
  2. The treatment of an ongoing subscription upon account deletion differs by payment channel:
Payment channelTreatment of the subscription upon account deletion
Company website and directly distributed apps (Polar)When account deletion is successfully completed, the subscription is also canceled so that no further automatic renewal occurs. If the Company's integration with the payment system fails during account deletion processing, the Company will confirm this and provide necessary guidance before completing the account deletion
App marketplace in-app purchaseThe subscription belongs to the app marketplace account and cannot be canceled by the Company. Deleting the account leaves the app marketplace subscription in place and automatic renewal charges may continue, so the user must first cancel the subscription in that app marketplace under Article 5 before deleting the account
  1. If charges continue after account deletion because an app marketplace subscription was not canceled, cancellation and any refund for those charges must be requested directly from that app marketplace under Articles 5 and 6. The Company will provide confirmation and cooperation to the extent necessary.
  2. Matters relating to the treatment of personal information stored in connection with account deletion are governed by the [Privacy Policy].

Article 9 (Contact)

Inquiries regarding fees, payment, subscriptions, and refunds may be directed to the address below. However, refunds for purchases made through an app marketplace must be requested directly from that app marketplace under Article 6(3).

  • Company Name: RRLLAB
  • Support Email: contact@rrllab.com

Article 10 (Changes to this Policy)

  1. This Policy may be amended to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  2. When this Policy is amended, the Company will announce the effective date and reasons for the amendment at least 7 days before the effective date (or at least 30 days before the effective date for changes disadvantageous to users) through an in-Service notice or on its website.
  3. In principle, the policy in effect at the time of payment applies to an already ongoing billing period, and changes disadvantageous to users are not applied retroactively.

This Policy is effective as of September 1, 2026.

Amendment of October 13, 2026: The amended Policy takes effect on October 20, 2026. It adds the Lifetime Pass (Article 2-2) and reflects the phase-out of new sales of the Annual Subscription. Existing annual subscriptions remain subject to the previous terms.
